March 10th will be full day fast, fasting until moon rise (full
moon day). Since the 10th is on a Tuesday we will be

Program will start at 5 PM with 1.5 hours of Bhajans.
We have not set a firm schedule, but we are planing
Fire Yajna - Flower Offering - Reading (on who is Lord Caitanya)
- Gaur-Aratik - Vegetarian Feast
To give us an idea how many to cook for, if you could call
ahead, by March 8-9th, would be good.
If you can, bring a flower or fruit for the offering. |
| Goals of Our Center |
| |
Spiritual Goals: To teach the science of
Bhakti-Yoga, Self-Realization via Devotion. To teach on the
Eternity of the soul, who is God (who is the origin of life and
all things). How to get free of the bonds of karma. The science
of true happiness.
More Immediate Earthly Goals: To find like
minded people and form a working self-sufficient village that is
centered on the spiritual principles above, where the society
lives in harmony with nature, and in harmony with the social
laws of God, in accordance with dharma-shastras. A return to
more simple way of life, where the economy is agriculturally
based. Where household goods are produced via cottage industry.
Simple Living, High Thinking. We will discuss this theme often

your ideas.
